Interesting info.  I’m not a sun sign cusper myself, but I have had a close friend for many many years who is on the Capricorn/Aquarius cusp, and that description sounds like her to a T.

However, my rising sign is on the cusp of Scorpio/Sagittarius.  It’s literally in the last gasp of Scorpio.  It makes it interesting to read the newspaper horoscopes.  I jump from Gemini to Scorpio to Sagittarius to try and suss out the energies afoot and areas of life where there’s likely to be activity!  LOL

I started watching White Dragon on Amazon Prime.  So far I like it.  I have not seen A Discovery of Witches.  I read the first 2 books, A Discovery of Witches and Shadow of Night.  Haven’t read The Book of Life yet.  I guess I’ll probably wait until I can watch them on Netflix because I’m not going to subscribe to whatever channel is showing it.  I tend to read way more than I watch TV.  But I wish they’d do a third season of Goliath.  I liked the first 2 seasons, but all those shows take FOR-EVER to do a next season.

I have FB, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and Kik.  I got on FB because friends in different states badgered me until I did.  I check it mostly to see what my kids (grown up now) are up to, and message with them.  I occasionally post or repost an interesting article or a meme of some kind.  I can’t stand political discussions and never comment on those.  What I don’t like is that I’ve ended up with a bunch of people friending me who aren’t really friends, just acquaintances from around town or work, etc. or far-flung family members.  Consequently I have to watch what I post &/or talk about to some degree.  It’s annoying.  so… so much for FB.  I do like the message thing on there and use it.

Instagram is OK, but it kind of frustrates me too.  It feels very limited.  Snapchat – I have never really figured out how to use it.  I’ve made some ridiculous photos with it, but that’s about all.  Twitter  – I hardly ever check it.  It seems to be mostly used for advertising and public awareness of one sort or another.  I don’t need the first, and the second I get from other sources.

Kik – I like kik and would use but no one I know is on there, and apparently feel no need to get on there.  I was in a witchy group on the old CafeMom and we created a group on there to do tarot practice, and to discuss readings with each other as readers.  We wanted something more interactive than was possible on the CM website at the time.  There are actually 2 groups on there – one that was created as a public group that is now populated by people not associated with CM, and the private group, which went dormant with the demise of CM when we all just drifted away.   A few people were dubious of  kik because they or their husbands didn’t like them being contacted by random strangers on kik.  I’ve not had any problems.  Oh, I get a few come-ons now and again, but it’s easy enough to just delete without even responding.  And it’s pretty infrequent, at least for me.

Re: American Girl dolls…  I lucked out on that.  I only have sons.  But my nieces liked them, and also the books.

Well, not much out of the ordinary for me.  I’m at work today.  It’s a bit slow today, so decided to take a moment and check in here and see what y’all are talking about.  It’s been a long while since I was here.  Mostly over the past year or so I have been paying more attention to videos of the informative & instructional variety – stuff about tarot, astrology, divination, and general metaphysical-type stuff.

@debjvz Ive never had Facebook. I think I would be overwhelmed with it and then never get anything done around the house..ha!

So true!  I just don’t log in very often or stay logged in.  I check it occasionally, or use it to message with family when needed.
